Return policy

We want your shopping experience to be satisfactory and worry-free. That's why we offer a return policy that accommodates both standard and customized products, with complete transparency.

Non-personalized products

You have 14 calendar days from receipt or collection of your order to request a return.

You can choose between a refund of the amount paid excluding shipping costs.

Or a gift card for the total value of the order including shipping costs

If you request a refund between the 15th and 21st day of receiving the order, it can only be made using a gift card for the amount corresponding to the lowest price the product has had during the discount period, excluding shipping.

From the 22nd day after receipt of the order, returns will not be accepted.

Customized products

We know that personalized products require special care. That's why, although these products aren't usually accepted in most stores, we do offer a return period of 3 calendar days from receipt or pickup of the order.

During this period, if the product does not meet your expectations, you can request a refund. This will be made through a gift card for the amount of the product, not including shipping costs.

After this 3-day period, returns of personalized products will not be accepted as long as the garment does not present manufacturing defects or obvious flaws in the printing or customization.
